Welcome to my weekly post where I bring together awesome blog posts and articles from around the web and put them in one place for you to read at your leisure.
It’s my way of sharing with you posts that I’ve read that have inspired me or brought me some information that I believe you might find helpful as well.
This week, It’s ALL about Christmas!!
‘Tis the Season to Sing When All You Hear is Silence on thehumbledhomemaker.com. Christmas-time is not always joyful for all of us. Some years are just hard years. I really love the message in this blog post. Please read it for some encouragement if you are struggling this Christmas season. This blog post certainly resonated with me since this is my first Christmas after moving states away from everything and everyone I know and love.
For the Mom who feels guilty that she’s not doing Elf on the Shelf on moneysavingmom.com. My little toddler boy isn’t quite old enough for Elf on the Shelf yet, but I was already starting to feel some Mommy Guilt just for considering not doing something like that. I love how encouraging this post is to remember to celebrate Christmas in whatever way works best for your family that allows you all to remember the true reason for the season.
Homemade Salt Dough Ornaments on winsteadwandering.com. I don’t want to wish the time away, but I can’t wait until my little toddler boy and his soon-to-arrive little sister are old enough to make crafts like this! I’m going to have to bookmark this one for later. 🙂
As we end this week, I hope you’ve enjoyed at least one of these Christmas-themed posts from around the web as much as I have. 🙂 Merry Christmas to you and yours!!
