Welcome to my weekly post where I bring together awesome blog posts and articles from around the web and put them in one place for you to read at your leisure.
It’s my way of sharing with you posts that I’ve read that have inspired me or brought me some information that I believe you might find helpful as well.
Saving Money + Healthy Eating
Shopping for Healthy Food at Kroger from thehumbledhomemaker.com. I really miss my Kroger back in Kentucky–they don’t have Kroger here in Connecticut! But for those of you still lucky enough to live in a town with a Kroger, here’s some great tips about finding healthy food at your local Kroger. You can eat healthy and still save money–don’t believe the lie that it can’t be done!
What to Buy (and Skip) in January from frugallyblonde.com. I really like the lists of deals to watch out for each month that this blogger puts together. It keeps me aware of what specific sales to watch out for so I can stock my pantry and save a bundle in the process.
Self-Care for Women
More Than Pen and Paper: The Benefits of Journaling from thehumbledhomemaker.com. I keep a daily devotional journal, but I love the practical ideas for a personal journal as well. It seems much more do-able when you think about just jotting down a few sentences or even bullet points. Writing things out is more therapeutic than you think–give it a try!
My Top 8 Reads from 2016 from moneysavingmom.com. There are quite a few books on this list that I would LOVE to read! The one I would choose first is Finding Spiritual Whitespace.
As we end this week, I hope you’ve enjoyed at least one of these posts from around the web as much as I have. 🙂 May your next week be filled with awesomeness!!
